What is the difference between NEXi and Scan2Drive?
They are separate plans at the same price. NEXi is accessed through the mobile app. Scan2Drive provides QR access to supported web-based workflows without an app download. Both include the same core inspection and incident capabilities, and Sentry can be used through either entry point. Dongle diagnostics require compatible hardware and the NEXi app.
What does connected diagnostics mean?
Connected diagnostics supports remote monitoring through the dashboard, subject to connectivity and supported vehicle data. It does not mean remote control of the vehicle. Hardware is a one-time cost, charged separately from the software subscription.
Does DualView include diagnostics or navigation?
DualView includes the core NEXi inspection and incident features plus connected diagnostics and video. Pathways navigation options are purchased separately. Confirm the two camera views, vehicle compatibility, and installation requirements with our team.
Are the prices per driver or per vehicle?
The five core subscription prices shown here are per vehicle. Hardware is a one-time purchase per installed vehicle and is not part of the annual subscription. Pathways navigation options are priced separately, per driver. Your order will identify the number of vehicles, installed devices, and any separate charges.
